Automatic intelligent feeding system
1. Automatic feeding machine
The automated sow feeding system is centered on computer software control, with one or more feeding stations serving as control terminals. Weight sensors and RFID readers collect each sow’s body weight and identification data. Using scientific formulas, the daily feed requirement for each sow is calculated, and the controller directs the electromechanical execution components to dispense feed with precision. The controller wirelessly transmits data—including each sow’s weight, ID, feed intake, and feeding time—to the computer. The computer software then compiles and analyzes this data, allowing farm managers to easily access individual sow information. This enables precise feeding management and data tracking for the sows.
Components of Pig Farm Automated Feeder/Automated Feed Line System: Feed silo, power box, automated feeding system, automated feeder, 90-degree elbow, stainless steel chain, nylon scraper, three-way discharge port, and sow ration cup.
Features of Pig Farm Automated Feeder/Automated Feed Line System: 1. Precise control, reduced labor input, improved production efficiency, and lower breeding costs. 2. When used in sow housing, it boosts gestation turnover rates and reduces inventory culling rates. 3. When paired with ration cups for sow feeding, the process is shortened from 60–30 minutes to just 10 seconds. The quiet feeding process minimizes stress, miscarriages, re-estrus, and equipment damage. 4. Reduces contamination of feed and bags by limiting staff movement and rodent access, keeping feed fresh. 5. When used for nursery and growing pigs with automated ad libitum feeding, it shortens time to market by 10–15 days, cutting costs. 6. Lessens labor intensity, improves worker retention, and stabilizes staff quality. 7. Strengthens the farm’s biosecurity system.
Maintenance of Pig Farm Automated Feeder/Automated Feed Line System: 1. The automated feeding system shall be maintained and operated by designated personnel only. Other farm staff must not operate it arbitrarily to prevent accidents. 2. Both the feeding motor and conveying motor use 380V power supply. The main power line should be 4-square copper-core wire. In addition, the power line must be securely installed to keep it out of reach of people and livestock. 3. The feed silo is relatively tall and usually placed outdoors. After equipment installation, a shelter should be built over it to prevent rainwater from getting into the control box. 4. Seal the joints of the feed conveying pipes with glass glue to stop rainwater from entering the pipes and contaminating the feed. 5. Cover the hopper with a wooden board after use to prevent leaves, plastic bags, and dust from falling into it and contaminating the feed. 6. Inspect the sensor signal wires to prevent them from being chewed off by rats, or falling off (due to insecure fixing) and being chewed off by pigs.
2. Automatic charging system
Automated Feeding System Our company developed this automated feeding system specifically for pig farms. Sensors automatically detect the feed level in the trough: when the trough is low on feed, the microprocessor activates the feed conveyor motor to start dispensing feed. Once the trough is full (detected by the sensor), the motor shuts off. The feed bin has a 4,000kg capacity and is filled by a feeding motor. When the bin runs low, the control box triggers an audio-visual alarm to alert workers to refill it. When the bin is full, an LED indicator on the control box signals to stop refilling. This system enables fully automatic operation, reducing worker labor intensity and boosting farm production efficiency. It boasts stable performance, reliable operation, and a low failure rate—since its launch, it has earned consistent praise from pig farm users. Application Scope This system is suitable for various feeding setups: fattening pens, nursery pens, gestation stalls, and precise sow feeding systems. System Components Feed bin, power control box, elbows, stainless steel chains, nylon scrapers, and ration feed tubes.
Sow feeder
1. Stainless sleel double trough
Product Description This is a full-stainless-steel double-sided automatic feeding trough, designed to feed two nursery pen sections—typically used in nursery barns. It can be customized to meet specific farm needs. 1. Made of stainless steel: energy-efficient, eco-friendly, resistant to pig rooting, and corrosion-proof; 2. Unique feeding design: the discharge opening size can be adjusted at any time to reduce feed waste; 3. Smooth surface with no dead corners, no feed residue, and easy to clean and disassemble; 4. Dual-sided use saves costs, making it the top choice for modern large-scale pig farming enterprises. Product Features 1. Multi-hole feeding access on each side, with gradual feed release to cut down on waste; 2. Suitable for both dry and wet feed, supporting unrestricted feeding; 3. Improves feed palatability and intake; keeps feed clean and hygienic, reducing intestinal diseases. Dimensions of Stainless Steel Double-Sided Trough - Length: 90cm - Height: 55cm - Base width: 50cm
2. Dry wet trough
Plastic Bucket Wet-Dry Feeder (Stainless Steel Base) - Bucket: Made via rotational molding from imported Korean UR644 material. - Tray: Molded from 0.8mm-thick 201/304 stainless steel sheet. - Support Frame: Welded from 40×5.5mm A3 slit steel strip, with a hot-dip galvanized surface. - Water Pipe: Constructed from high-quality hot-dip galvanized pipe. - Bucket Capacity: 80kg Advantages of the Wet-Dry Feeder 1. One unit can feed up to 40 finishing pigs (each weighing 100kg). 2. The wet-mix design increases feed intake by over 20%, cutting time to market by 10 days. 3. The stainless steel base trough and dosing components are easy to clean and disassemble. 4. Its unique feeding mechanism works for both nursery and finishing pigs, reducing feed waste. 5. The dual-top-lid design effectively prevents feed contamination and theft. 6. Works even better when paired with an automated feeding system.
Plastic Bucket Dry Feeder (Stainless Steel Base) - Bucket: Made via rotational molding from imported Korean UR644 material. - Tray: Molded from 0.8mm-thick 201/304 stainless steel sheet. - Support Frame: Welded from 40×5.5mm A3 slit steel strip, with a hot-dip galvanized surface. - Bucket Capacity: 80kg Advantages of the Dry Feeder 1. Reduces feed waste, cuts labor needs, and enables automatic feeding. It improves feed palatability while lowering respiratory irritation from feed dust. 2. The extra-large base allows more pigs to eat at once. Made of 304 stainless steel (one-piece stretched, no welding), it’s easy to clean and sanitize, and resists rust. 3. The bucket uses imported Korean HDPE material (rotational molding), which significantly extends its service life.
3. Intelligent feeder porridge
Product Materials 304 stainless steel frame, imported-material rotational-molded bucket Product Advantages 1. Using this gruel feeder reduces gastrointestinal irritation in nursery pigs and effectively lowers respiratory diseases in piglets. 2. It supports small, frequent meals—cutting down on diarrhea, boosting nutrient absorption, and promoting gut development. 3. Enhances immunity and reduces mortality rates. 4. The feeder delivers fresh gruel right after preparation (available all day), shortening the rearing cycle and enabling market readiness about 2 weeks earlier. 5. It cuts per-pig costs by over 15%, lowers the feed-to-meat ratio, and helps pigs gain around 0.8 lbs more daily—boosting profits. 6. This smart gruel feeder reduces manual labor and improves pig farming efficiency.
