Automated Feeding System
Our company developed this automated feeding system specifically for pig farms. Sensors automatically detect the feed level in the trough: when the trough is low on feed, the microprocessor activates the feed conveyor motor to start dispensing feed. Once the trough is full (detected by the sensor), the motor shuts off.
The feed bin has a 4,000kg capacity and is filled by a feeding motor. When the bin runs low, the control box triggers an audio-visual alarm to alert workers to refill it. When the bin is full, an LED indicator on the control box signals to stop refilling.
This system enables fully automatic operation, reducing worker labor intensity and boosting farm production efficiency. It boasts stable performance, reliable operation, and a low failure rate—since its launch, it has earned consistent praise from pig farm users.
Application Scope
This system is suitable for various feeding setups: fattening pens, nursery pens, gestation stalls, and precise sow feeding systems.
