Scraper type automatic excrement cleaning machine
ZhuHaha Automatic Manure Scraper This machine uses state-of-the-art reducers to ensure a reasonable output transmission ratio. The motor and reducer are directly connected (compact size, easy operation). Galvanized steel plates extend the scraper’s service life significantly; the scraper, made by high-precision CNC machines, won’t deform. The iron chain is highly wear-resistant for long-term use. Installation & Operation Guidelines 1. When installing, the cement anchor for the main unit should be buried 50cm underground to prevent it from pulling loose under high tension. 2. The above-ground part of the corner wheel shouldn’t be too long; align the wheel’s outer tangent line with the manure channel centerline (so the tangent line sits on the centerline) to avoid the scraper drifting during operation. 3. Before use, add 1.5 liters of gear oil or motor oil through the reducer’s oil filler—don’t overfill or underfill, as this may cause the reducer to overheat. 4. During use, keep the small hole on the reducer’s oil plug open (remove the small air plug on the oil plug). 5. The manure channel should typically be 30–50cm deep.
